This portal is part of the help desk proposed by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, to help the Indian exporters of chemicals and chemical containing products, to comply with the European Union’s REACH and other upcoming legislations on safe use and management of chemicals.Towards this CHEMEXCIL has appointed REACH-Support to designed , developed & maintain this HELPDesk on their behalf.

CHEMEXCIL would be doing Pre-registration on behalf of its member exporters for all the products falling under the purview of REACH.

CHEMEXCIL would help member exporters to register their product in European Union.

CHEMEXCIL, with the help of Government of India, is working out concessional rates for the benefit of member exporters for Pre-registration and Registration.

This web portal is CHEMEXCIL’s endeavor to help its exporters understand the exhaustive REACH legislation and its applicability to their exports, to ensure uninterrupted exports to the EU.
